Blaine will be greatly missed by those he so freely loved and served.  He was a hard worker and knew no limits in his cheerful service to others, expecting nothing in return.  His children were of greatest importance to him.  He loved them dearly.  This love extended to nieces and nephews as well.  He was just “Uncle Blaine,” a favorite friend.  He could push swings higher, build in the sand, or walk endlessly pushing a stroller or holding a little hand.  No one will fill his place in the hearts of many.

Thanks to the wonderful friends who made Blaine’s life complete.  He especially cherished the many hours he spent with David Hansen, working, talking, laughing, or just watching TV.  The ever-cheerful camaraderie of Larry Millward, as they worked together on numerous projects, also brought him much joy.

The family expresses thanks to marvelous doctors and other medical personnel who so tenderly cared for Blaine.  All those at Ogden Regional Hospital, LDS Hospital, Intermountain Health Care, Utah Cancer Specialists, and Tanner Clinic will always be remembered with love and gratitude
