Carol Ann Iverson

December 11, 1949 ~ December 17, 2016

Carol Ann Iverson returned to our Heavenly Father on December 17, 2016 surrounded by her loving family, disappointed to miss candy bingo.  Born on December 11, 1949 to Darrell and Cleo, she grew up in Ogden adored by her four brothers.

Carol Ann loved watching musicals, comedies, and Bonanza.  John Wayne was her favorite actor.  She loved traveling, boating, and swimming with her family.  Before her vision declined, she was an avid reader, especially the newspaper.

Privately educated in her youth, she really blossomed later in life as she became involved in Enable Industries and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  The family is thankful to Val and Joan for getting her involved in these wonderful communities which greatly enriched her life.  She made special friends at her special needs mutual group and with the staff and residents at Mountain Ridge Assisted Living where she also loved the food!

Carol Ann is survived by her brothers, Kent (Linda), Gary (Sue), Val (Joan); sister-in-law, Pattie; and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Craig; and twin sisters, JoAnn and Jean Ann.

We will miss her beautiful spirit, incredible memory, and her love for others.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the Shadow Mountain Ward Chapel, 5191 South Old Post Rd., Ogden.  Friends may visit with family on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. and Thursday from 9 to 9:45 a.m. at the church.  Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Carol Ann’s name be made to Enable Industries, 2640 Industrial Dr, Ogden, UT, 84401.
