Gloria Ann Pacheco

Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, cousin and friend, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2021 at home surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born on September 22, 1941 the daughter of Andy and Lee Romero, sister of Rudy Romero, Michael Rivera and Violet Kent.

Some of her favorite things in life were her dogs, camping, fishing, barbecuing and getting together with all the people she loved.  She was very kindhearted but also knew how to be tough and stand her ground when she needed to.  If you stopped by in the morning you might catch her enjoying a cup of coffee and a cigarette.  If it was later in the day she just might be drinking a beer and watching WWE with her grandson AJ or spending time with her family that she loved so much.

You are loved and will be missed by countless people.

Gloria is preceded in death by her parents Andy and Lee Romero, her husband Amos, sons; Arthur Pacheco and Tom Pacheco and granddaughter Savanna Pacheco, grandsons Andrew Pacheco and Dustin Bird.

She is survived by her son Eddie, daughter Laura and step-daughter Lori.  Grandchildren: Arthur, Dominick, Brianna, Gabrielle, Danielle, Joshua, Taylor and Sarah.  Countless great-grandchildren and even great-great-grandchildren.

Our family would like to thank First Choice Home Health and Hospice for their love and care during this time.  Kirstin and Lance we are forever grateful for everything you have done.

A memorial services will be held in her honor on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 2 pm at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Rd. where family and friends may visit prior at 1:30pm.

In lieu of flowers please donate to Primary Children’s Hospital in Gloria’s name.
