Nathan Blaine Beesley
March 14, 1980 – December 13, 2019
Nathan Blaine Beesley, 39, passed away on Friday December 13, 2019. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on March 14, 1980 to Donald Beesley and Vickie Thompson.
Husband, father, son, Nate was an example of what a “good” person should be. Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Nate was always a great big brother to his much younger brother, Nick. Nate was three whole minutes older than Nick and never let him forget it. Nate attended and graduated Cottonwood High School in 1998. Following his graduation, Nate elected to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in the San Bernardino, California mission. Serving others became a passion for Nate and so he continued along this path by getting his degree from Salt Lake Community College and becoming a nurse in 2006. Along the path he met the love of his life, Katie, and the two were married in the Salt Lake Temple on June 29, 2002. Besides serving others, Nate loved football, golfing, camping, fishing and being with friends. But his real passion was being a father to his two daughters, Hadley and Hannah. Nate loved them more than anything in the world, as anyone could see. His daughters adored him right back and loved doing everything with their dad. Nate will be sorely missed, but the example he set will continue on. We love you, Nate.
Nathan is survived by his wife Katie; daughters Hadley and Hannah; parents Donald Beesley and Vickie and Jerome Johnson; twin brother Nicholas Beesley; grandparents Blaine and Irene Thompson; sister-in-law Amy Beesley; sister-in-law Leann Bordelon (Chris); brother-in-law Brent Pittman (Tonja); sister-in-law Jill Roberts (Stuart); brother-in-law Todd Pittman (Kathy); several nieces and nephews and treasured friends. He was preceded in death by his sister Nicole and her husband, Matt Clark; brother Nolan Beesley and his aunt Debra M. Robinson.
