LAYTON a€" Paula Gene Blunt Williams, 78, died Sunday, December 23, 2012.

She was born September 23, 1934 in Grand Rapids, Michigan the daughter of Paul Lewis and Genevieve Albaugh Blunt. She lived in Michigan until age 13, then moved to Utah and lived in Layton.

She was married on January 26, 1951 to Carl Mark Williams. They were married 56 years. He passed away on November 9, 2007.

She was a wonderful mother who raised 14 children: Layne (Karen) Williams, Paul (Shauna) Williams, Tom (Sherrie) Williams, Cal (Kathy) Williams, Wes (Stefanie) Williams, Clay (Theresa) Williams, Ryan Williams, Shelley (Les) Gravis, Jackie (Fritz) Kelly, Leesa Kays, Kathy Lupton, Wendy (Robert) Lane and Carrie (Kirt) Bosch.

She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and her sister Sabra (Brian) Baxter.

She was preceded in death by her husband, son Doug, parents, two sisters and three granddaughters.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 28, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit family Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
