Robert F Howe

Robert F Howe passed away on July 2, 2015. He was born on September 27, 1957 in Chateauroux, France to John Clyde Howe and Hazel Dean Lindsay.
He grew up in Roy, UTah and graduated from Roy High School; he also attended Brigham Young University and Weber State University. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He worked for the IRS for over 27 years in the Consumer Advocates Office. He was a member of NETU where he served as the National Secretary.
He was an accomplished pianist. He was a member of the McDowell Ensemble (before moving to California). He enjoyed musical theater and participated in many theater productions both within the community and various churches. He spent a summer working in Jackson, WY, with theatrical productions.
Robert is survived by his sister, Barbara (Ace) Farr; brothers, Virgil (Kay) Howe, Richard (Susan) Howe, and Lindsay (Nancy) Howe; and sister-in-law, Cheryl Howe. He was a great uncle to his nieces and nephews.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents; brother, John Howe; sister, Kathleen Checketts; and sister-in-law, Cassie Howe.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at 11 a.m. at the Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.
Interment will be held at Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch.
