Our sweet Zoe Krusell passed away suddenly, but peacefully in her sleep on the afternoon of February 11, 2020.

Zoe was a friendly, vivacious, and fiercely independent young woman filled with love for her family and friends. She was a wonderful artist who enjoyed drawing and painting. She loved watching scary movies with her mother and reading Stephen King novels. And she loved hanging out with her many friends.

Zoe is survived by her mother, Tina Krusell; her step-father, Victor Kirk Maritsas; her brother, Griffin Krusell; her grandmother, Susan Krusell; her uncle and aunt, Chad and Stephanie Krusell; her cousins, Sequoia and Chloe Thomas; her step-brother and step-sister, Apostolos and Evie Maritsas; and her step-grandparents, Victor and Ann Jensen. Zoe was preceded in death by her father, Shane Barker-Krusell; her grandfather, Melvin Krusell; and her uncle, Scott Thomas.

An Celebration of Life open house of Zoe’s life will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Salty Creative, 443 27th Street, Ogden, UT.
