Adam Scott Phillips, age 33, passed away unexpectedly from a tragic accident on May 15, 2024. Born in Ogden to Brent and Cindy Phillips, he grew up in Layton and graduated from Summit High School.
Adam had a love for the outdoors, hiking, and all animals, especially his cats. His real passion was working on his Mustang and fixing it up for racing at the Motorsports Speedway.
He worked several years as a Parts Machinist for different companies.
Adam is survived by his father, Brent Scott Phillips (Crystal); mother, Cindy Pringle Call (Max); half-sisters, Holly Hart, Shannon Phillips; half-brother, Timothy Parkinson; and his girlfriend, Brittnie Williams. He is also survived by his grandparents, Gene and Shauna Seguin. Adam had several cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, that all adored him and his contagious smile.
We take comfort in knowing that Adam is now at peace, from any struggles he faced in this earthly life. He will be dearly missed, but we will await the time when we can see him again.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Uintah Cemetery 1500 East. 6450 South. Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
