Adrain Clarence Rogers, 77, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2017. He was born on March 23, 1940 in Farmersville, Texas, the son of Arthur Clarence and Flora Mae Gray Rogers.
He married Alice Beverly Northrop on July 31, 1959 in Dallas, Texas.
Adrain is survived by his wife, Alice; sons, George Allen (Audrey) and Anthony Carl; daughters, Audry Lynn (Jerry) and Adrienne Carol; 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; sisters, Jean Vogus, Nelda Davidson, and Jessie Wallace. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter-in-law, Cristi Rogers; four brothers, Ray, Kenneth, Henry, and Grady.
Pops was a lifelong carpenter with a heart of gold and a legendary sense of humor. He lived his life for his family and shocked everyone by building his own man cave and chicken coop even though he was blind, the barn was his domain.
He looked forward to the day he could once again play Dominoes with his brothers, a joy taken from him by their deaths and his blindness. Enjoy the game Pop!
