Alex Jordan Stephens

A.J. was taken much too early from us in the early morning of May 30 2007 in a car accident.

A.J. brought great joy and blessed his parents when he was born July 18, 1988, the first son born of Kirby and Robin Stephens.

A.J. was a spectacular, fun loving kid who made everyone smile by his big white infectious grin. His amazing smile and laugh would melt your heart.

A.J. was a great son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle and most of all friend. A.J. knew someone anywhere he went. He has a zest for life and wanted to experience anything in life he could.

A.J. attended Uintah Elementary, South Junior High, and was a 2006 graduate of Bonneville High School. He was currently attending Weber State University working on his associates degree and had planned to major in chemistry.

A.J. loved to sit and pic at his guitar and often would teach himself new songs. He loved music and always seemed to have his Ipod going. He recently joined a bowling league and had a blast bowling even if he had a bad game. He also enjoyed rabbit hunting and skate boarding. Most importantly though he just enjoyed hanging out and being around his friends.

He was a priest in the Wasatch Ward. He was an eagle scout and recently appointed to be a young adult rep. He had a very special friendship with his young men''s leader Terry Hill and his wife and children. We thank them for being his second family.

A.J. is survived by his parents Kirby and Robin; his sister, Dennise, brothers Terence (Ainsley), Travis (Jacqueline), Austin, Skyler, and Zach, his nieces Kaytlin and Kennley, grandparents, aunts, uncles, especially Uncle Chad, cousins, and his many dear friends. He will be especially missed by his special friend Kylee Bambrough.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 2nd at 11 a.m. at the Weber Stake Center, 5855 South Skyline Drive.

Friends and family may gather Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. and Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the Stake Center.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.
