Alice May Daniels Blowers

March 26, 1934 ~ March 23, 2019

Alice May Daniels Blowers, born to her parents Henry William Daniels and Alice Harriet Boar Daniels on March 26, 1933 in Lowestoft Suffolk England.  She passed away peacefully on March 23, 2019 at the age of 85 in Layton, Utah.  Alice was raised in England.

Alice married Eric W. Blowers, December 11, 1954.  In 1956 Eric and Alice immigrated to Utah where they raised their four children.

Alice worked 30 years as a school cook at Lincoln Elementary in Layton.  She also enjoyed spending time with her family out camping, riding her 4-wheeler, side by side, boating and fishing.  Alice also did a lot of knitting and crocheting, making sweaters, vests, scarves and afghans for the family.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Rosa, Ruth, Violet, infant (Unnamed) and Dorothy, and her grandson Nate Blowers.

Alice is survived by her husband Eric of 64 years, children and their spouses, Gary (Joyce) Blowers, Morris (Vickie) Blowers, Jackie (Mark) Lambert, David (Sherry) Blowers, siblings, Arthur and Lilian, England; 10 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and two on the way.

Mum was an amazing and caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

You are now without pain and for your 86th birthday you can sing and dance all that you want!

We will all love and miss you every day!!

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield.  Friends may visit family Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.  Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road
