Allan James Page

August 14, 1954 ~ May 19, 2017

Allan James Page passed away peacefully at home on the morning of May 19, 2017 after a valiant fight against cancer. He was born on August 14, 1954 to William E. Page and Jerri Osborne in Ogden, UT. He was reared and educated in Clearfield, UT.

Allan married Norma Pittman and together they had one daughter, Amy Lyn. They later divorced. He then married Michelle Flinders and became a great dad to her two children, Kestin Lynn and Chas Nathan.

Allan was somewhat of a perfectionist. He was very neat and very organized. He was a hard worker and always had at least one project going that kept him busy. Allan valued fairness and had a strong sense of right and wrong. He was a trusted friend to many and always ready to lend a helping hand to family and friends. Allan was one of those guys that could fix anything. He loved to take things apart to see how they worked and considered it a challenge to put it back together better than before.

He and Shelly were a strong, dedicated, hardworking team. They worked together for years at the family ranch in Paris Canyon, making it a place of refuge from their normal busy world. That was perhaps, Allan's favorite

Allan didn’t want to leave, as he loved his family very much and enjoyed spending time with all of his children and grandchildren. They will all deeply place in the whole world. His dream was to spend his summer retirement days living there in the mountains. That dream was never fulfilled. miss him and will miss out on all the plans and projects he had in mind to spend time with them and to teach them.

He is survived by his wife, Shelly, daughters, Amy (Jared) Morris, Kestin (Erik L) Larsen, and son, Chas (Elysha) Larsen and his beloved grandchildren.  He is also survived by his mother and siblings, David Page, Sandy Gallegos, Tami Naftzger and Bobby Nellsch.. He was preceded in death by his father, oldest brother, Bill, and step father, Earl Nellsch.

The family will meet with friends on June 24, 2017 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Lindquists Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd, followed by a Celebration of Allan’s Life at his son’s home. All are welcome.
