Amber Nanci Rolfe

Amber Nanci Rolfe, 42, passed away at the University of Utah hospital in Salt Lake City, on December 7, 2021.  She was born January 20, 1979, in Provo, Utah to Russell Dee and Nancy K. Chugg Rolfe.

She lived in many places beginning in Provo, Utah, Springville, Pleasant Grove, Sammamish, Washington, Tannersville Pennsylvania, Orlando, Florida, Logan, Utah, Ogden, Utah, West Valley, Utah and in Layton, Utah.

Amber was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and graduated from Seminary in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

She was a member of 4-H, Pioneer Theater Company, Tuachan Theater, and Orem Utah Community Theaters.  She was also an all-American Gymnast.

She loved to go hiking, camping, swimming, collecting hats, purses and jewelry, and sock monkeys.  She also enjoyed spending time with her nieces and adopted nieces.

Amber is survived by her parents, Russell Dee and Nancy K. Chugg Rolfe; sisters; Brigitte Irene Rolfe (Jim Cramer), Christy Lorna Rolfe, Drew Rustie Rolfe (James Rodger Farnworth), nieces; Penelope Rose Farnworth, Harper Rue Farnworth and Theadora Russie Farnworth.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Dee Rolfe, Irene Alice Russell Rolfe, Melburne David Chugg, and Lorna Karen Donnellon Chugg.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 13, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the Kays Creek Stake Center, 2680 E. Cherry Lane, Layton, Utah.  Friends may visit with family Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Stake Center.
