Ambrose Erebia Jr.

May 12, 1968 — October 25, 2024

Ambrose Erebia Jr, returned to his Heavenly Father on October 25th, 2024, he is proceeded in death by both his parents, his sisters Paula Erebia and Antoinette Sanchez and his son Jacob Erebia.

He was born on May 12th, 1968 to Sadie Marie Guzman and Ambrose Erebia Sr. Ambrose was raised in Utah and this is where he made his home. At a young age he married Laura Solis and together they raised 6 boys;  AJ and (Kayla) Erebia, Jay and (Gabriella) Erebia, Anthony Erebia, Jacob Erebia, Andrew Erebia, and Josiah Erebia.

Ambrose had many grandchildren, Aj- Serenity and Cash Erebia; Jay-Justice, Journey and Jenesis Erebia; Anthony- Skye, Roman and Ace Erebia; Jacob- Ayvah and Jacob Jr Erebia; Andrew- Aaliyah Erebia.

Although he didn’t graduate that didn’t stop him from pursuing his dream of running and owning his own fencing company, which he ran with his boys and nephews for many years. He enjoyed teaching and working with his boys and nephews on how to install all the different types of fencing.

He loved being outdoors camping, fishing and hunting any chance that his boys and his nephews could get, they would go. Another passion of his was barbecuing. He would always volunteer to barbecue even if he went over to someone else’s house, that’s how much he enjoyed doing it. One more thing he was known for was his Mexican Rice that he and he alone could make. For all our family events, everyone would always ask him to make his rice.

I know that he was very proud of all his boys and I know that he worried and cared for them deeply in his own way. They all had their own special relationship with their dad and I know that each one of them will miss him tremendously.

Ambrose is survived by his wife Laura, and their children Aj, Jay, Anthony, Andrew and Josiah; his siblings, Linda Molina, Tony Rivas, Delloyd Rivas, Louis Guzman, and Deann (Nicolas) Rivas.

I would like to make a special mention to a few people who were very close and special to Ambrose.

First, his sister Deann. She has always been there for Jr, from the moment their mom passed away, Deann stepped in that roll. She always looked out for Jr and made sure that he was taken care of, at a very young age and even as they grew older, Deann has always been there, worrying and making sure that Jr was ok. Jr always looked up to her and Respected and Loved her so much.

Second, is his Nephew Andy Guzman, who from the moment I was introduced to him, he had been a constant presence in his life. Throughout all his years on this earth, Andy was someone who had always been there for him, no matter what the situation, good or bad, Andy was there. I know personally that Andy has a very special place in Ambrose’s heart because he thought of him more like a son then a nephew.

Third, my brother Danny. They were two peas in a pod and that wasn’t always a good thing, but they shared a bond more like brothers than anything else. They always looked out for one another no matter what and always had each other’s back.

Fourth, his Cousin Cindy Rodarte, who it had not been for, I would have never met Jr. She is the reason that we met. She has always been so kind and caring when it came to Jr. Whatever he needed she would find some way to help him.

I speak for the entire Erebia family and want to Sincerely say Thank You to everyone who touched his life. I know that he will be greatly missed.
