Andrew David Spiker June 8, 1969 ~ June 26, 2010
WEST POINT a" Andrew David Spiker lost his long battle with alcohol and drug abuse at his home on Saturday, June 26, 2010 in the morning hours.

On September 17, 1994, Andy married the love of his life, Tracy Hecker. They became the parents of Sarah L. Spiker on August 21, 1995. Andy loved having a daughter and was always proud of everything Sarah did.
Andy worked in building construction becoming a finish carpenter and job foreman. He supervised many residential business and LDS church building projects throughout the Ogden and Salt Lake Valleys. He was known as a hard worker and a helpful boss. He would often interrupt a job he was working on to help teach someone how to complete a task that they were struggling with.
Andy loved the outdoor lifestyle in Utah. He was an avid and expert skier and snowboarder. He loved to fish the lakes and streams of Northern Utah and the Uinta Mountains. He was most comfortable in the mountains and loved being there. He enjoyed water sports in the summer with his friends and family on wave runners. He liked taking his daughter Sarah to Lagoon.
