ANGELA KOREN GERTINO RICHES

1975-2015

Today I lost my battle with ovarian cancer and completed my journey.  I was born December 11, 1975 to my parents, Steven Gertino and Debra Christensen.  I was raised in Rose Park, Utah and attended West High School where I met and married my high school sweetheart, Verne (Stink) Riches.  We married on June 1, 1996 and together had two beautiful daughters, Paige Miriah and Makayli Riye Riches.  My amazing husband never left my side through this journey that lasted seven years.  Without the care and devotion of my husband and daughters, my journey would not have given me this time to stay with my family.

I want to send my deepest thanks to all who helped in my care in the past weeks.  I am survived by my husband, Verne Riches of 18 years;  daughters, Paige and Makayli Riches; and my four- legged babies, Diesel and Zoey; mother, Debra Christensen my anchor, father, Steven (Valerie) Gertino; sister, Lindie (Jeff); Brian (Lesley) Gertino CA. and Bryce Gertino who was there at my beck-n-call; my grandparents and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

I want to thank Dr. Christopher Jolles and Dr. Spencer Heaton for all their loving care and support throughout these years.  Good bye and see all of you soon.
