Anna E. Colvin VANCLEAVE, Mississippi – Anna Elizabeth Pendleton Colvin, 99, formally of Ogden, died Thursday, April 22, 2010. She was born September 2, 1910 in Burch Creek, Utah, a daughter of Lawrence and Annie Byrne Pendleton. Anna married George Colvin. George preceded her in death. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Surviving are her daughter, Barbara Ann Smith; grandchildren, George and Nita Smith, Shannon Smith, Sharron Trawick, Sheila and Randy Baragar; 11 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren, all from Mississippi; one brother, Vaughn Pendleton, American Fork, UT; and her nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband George, son Thomas Colvin, son-in-law Earl Smith, great-great-grandson Harley Matthew Smith and six siblings, Roy, Lester, Vera, Eva, Lyle and Otto. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with the family at the mortuary on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
