Anna Lyle Price Jones

Anna Lyle Price Jones, 90, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at McKay-Dee Hospital.

She was born July 12, 1923 in Malad, Idaho to Josiah Daniel and Theresa Kelly Price. She graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor''s Degree.

On June 9, 1946, Anna married Ernest W. Jones. He preceded her in death March 12, 2000. They resided in Roy for more than 35 years and she has lived in Riverdale for the last 13 years.

She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

Anna was employed as a teacher at North Davis Jr. High School for over 25 years.

She enjoyed golfing, playing bridge with her friends and swimming at the Roy Complex.

Anna is survived by four sons, Ernie (MaryLyne) Jones, Roy; Mike (Beverly) Jones, San Diego, CA; Stan (Suzanne) Jones, San Diego, CA; Russ (Sherry) Jones, Layton; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; and one brother, David Kelley Price, Nampa, ID.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, JD Price and one sister, Ila May Snell.

The family will meet with friends Sunday, August 18th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

Graveside services will be held Monday, August 19th at 11 a.m. at the Malad City Cemetery in Idaho.

Family and friends are welcome to an Open House on Monday, August 19th from 4 to 8 p.m. at 2359 West 5750 South, Roy.
