Annette B. Rowley Anderton

KAYSVILLE - Annette B. Rowley Anderton, 73, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, May 1, 2011.

She was born in 1937 to William A. and Nettie N. Rowley in Huntington, Ut. Her childhood days were spent helping on the family farm and creating mischief with her friends.

She graduated from Huntington High School and later LDS Business College in Salt Lake City, Ut.

In 1958 she married Jerry F. Anderton. They made their home in Salt Lake City and later moved to Kaysville, Ut. where she spent her life in dedication to raising her four children.

She enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, quilting, crocheting, sewing, family parties, scrapbooking, genealogy, and playing video games all night with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Jerry; children, David Anderton, Susan (Jay) Potter, Laura (Chad) Leonard, Bryan (Heidi) Anderton, and 10 grandchildren of whom she was very proud.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Kevin, and her sister Kathleen.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Memorial Park at Layton. Friends may visit family on Thursday one hour prior to services at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary.

The family would like to thank Dr. Vincent Hansen and his staff at Utah Oncology, Krista at IHC Home Health, and Raelynn at IHC Hospice for their loving care of our mother.
