Annie Bernice Holt Rohmer

ROY a€" Annie Bernice Rohmer, 91, passed way Monday, July 6, 2009 in Washington Terrace.

She was born June 11, 1918 in West Point, a daughter of John William and Annie Thurgood Holt.

On March 11, 1936, Bernice married Jay B. Rohmer in West Point. Jay preceded her in death on May 7, 2001.

She worked at Stimpson''s Market in Washington Terrace for nine years and the Ogden City Schools for four years.

Bernice was a volunteer at Weber Memorial Hospital for six years. She enjoyed bowling, golfing and playing pinnochle.

Surviving are her children, Jay Bruce (Kristie) Rohmer, Roy; Mrs. Allen (Judy) Johnson, Farmington; Mrs. Ned (Colleen) Frisby, Washington Terrace; eight grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 11 brothers and sisters and two grandchildren.

The family expresses special thanks to all the nursing staff at Washington Terrace Health Services for the loving care they gave to Bernice. Also, a special love and thanks to Kristie for her loving care.

Graveside services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
