Armando Romero, 25, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2015.
He was born August 28, 1989 in Ogden, Utah to Delfin Romero, Jr. and Alicia Ramirez. He was raised and educated in West Point.
Armando enjoyed skateboarding, restoring and customizing vehicles, playing video games with his nephew, listening to the oldies, tie-dying his t-shirts, watching movies with his Mom and Dad, helping out with cooking and creating new recipes.
He is survived by his parents, grandmother, Tillie Romero, grandfather, Nieves Ramirez, “Sissy” Angelic Griego, he considered his nephew, Jose Jaramillo like a son. He was loved by his Uncle Charlie and Aunt Rosie as if he were their own son. He also enjoyed spending time with his god-daughter, Precious Jaramillo and was tickled pink for his great-niece, Mariela Silva. He was deeply loved by god-parents, Mark and Luz Riehlman. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and his best friend, Manny, AKA Jerome.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Delfin Romero, Sr., grandmother, Margarita Ramirez, aunt Gail Sirwatis, cousin, Josh Riehlman, best friend, Uncle Larry Sirwatis, cousin, Wendy, Johnny, and aunt Rachel.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the New Hope Fellowship Church, 1204 East 1450 South, Clearfield. The family will meet with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, April 6th at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.
