Artie Lee Speigle

Artie Lee Speigle, 94, passed away Monday, April 3, 2017.  She was born February 28, 1923 in Mexia, TX, to John Nathan and Thyra Roos Peters. 

She was married to William A. Speigle for 41 years.  He preceded her in death on January 20, 1985.

Artie was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. 

She was an accomplished artist.  She spent many happy hours with friends at the Washington Terrace Senior Center. 

Artie is survived by her children, Mary (Robert) Webber, Arnold (Zoi) Speigle, Gail (Dean) Young, and William (Deborah) Speigle; also her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Helen Bellah; and brother, Thomas Peters.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Rd., South Ogden, UT.  Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
