Aubree Rose Moore

September 1, 1994 — November 7, 2023

Bountiful

Our beautiful daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt and friend peacefully returned to the loving arms of our Savior on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

Aubree Rose Moore was born on September 1, 1994, to Kristi and Rick Moore.  She was born with many complex heart problems and defied many odds throughout her life.

Aubree was the 3rd of 10 children and grew up in Bountiful, Utah.  When she was younger, she liked to dance and play the piano and violin.  She continued playing the violin in her school orchestras throughout her junior high and high school years.

Aubree served in the Missouri Independence Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and enjoyed serving in the Independence Visitor Center.

From 2019-2022 Aubree lived in Quincy, Massachusetts, with her sister’s family as their nanny.  She loved her three nieces and cherished this time with them.

Aubree had a natural talent for cooking.  She could make any recipe better or make up her own delicious creations.  She loved to cook and treated us with many of her delicious meals.

Aubree worked at Tanner Clinic in Layton and thoroughly loved her job.  She loved the doctors, administrators, staff, and patients.  She instantly became great friends with her coworkers and considered them all her work family.

Throughout her life, Aubree had multiple surgeries and spent a lot of time at Primary Children’s Medical Center.  Her middle name, Rose, is named after her and her sister’s primary nurse.  We greatly appreciate the years of association with Dr. Ron Day and his care for Aubree.  In August, Aubree suffered from a small stroke and spent 2-1/2 weeks in the St. Mark’s Hospital In-patient Physical Therapy unit.  She had many wonderful PT and OT’s working with her there.  Just prior to her passing, she was cared for at Lakeview and University Hospitals.  We greatly appreciate all of the love and care these wonderful doctors, nurses and therapists gave her throughout her stays.  We want to especially thank Matthew in the University Hospital Cardiac Intensive Care Unit for the gentle and kind care he showed toward Aubree, letting us all be with her and keeping us well informed on her condition.

Aubree is survived by her mother, Kristi; sisters, Ashlee (Kenneth) Butler, Albanee, Analee, Abbee, Allee and Aimee; brothers, Auston and Ayden; nieces, Brynlie, Brooklyn and Elise; nephew, Jackson; and grandmother, Mina Larson.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Ambree; father, Rick; and grandparents.

Funeral services for Aubree will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 11 a.m. at the Mueller Park Stake Center, 1800 E. Mueller Park Road, Bountiful, UT.  Friends and family may visit with the family on Sunday, December 10th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the same church listed above.  There will also be a viewing prior to the funeral services on Monday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the stake center. Interment will be at the Henefer City Cemetery, Henefer, UT. Services entrusted to Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary.
