WEST POINT a€" Audra Keeler Nelson, 87, passed away Monday, September 14, 2009 at her home.

She was born October 11, 1921 in Freedom, Wyoming the daughter of LeRoy H. and Mary Leola Heap Keeler.

Audra married Wan A. Nelson on September 8, 1940 in Paris, Idaho. He preceded her in death on October 4, 1992.

Audra retired from HAFB. She and her husband developed the Golden Bell Mobile Home Park in Kaysville.

She was an active member of the LDS Church holding numerous positions over the years.

Audra loved spending time with her family and friends.

Surviving are her three daughters, Nona (Dan) Skinner, Evanston, WY; Shannon Stephens, Redondo Beach, CA; Debbie (Kelly) Beecher, West Point; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, two sisters, Laura Henderson and Lorna Haderlie.

Preceded in death by her sister, Verba Erickson, infant son Russell and great-grandson Carson Beecher.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 19, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the Kaysville Tabernacle, 198 West Center Street. Friends and family may call Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 p.m. at the church.

Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
