Austin Chase William Miller

Our loving husband, son, brother, and friend Austin Chase William Miller, 27, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. He was born in Ogden, Utah, on October 17, 1996, the son of James and Helena Lorene Spell Miller. Austin graduated from Roy High School Class of 2014.

Austin married the love of his life Ashley Miller on December 3, 2018. They had a daughter and two sons.

He was a jack of all trades. Austin worked as a diesel mechanic for Rocky Mountain Truck Parts, was a superintendent at Ivory Homes, a bouncer, electrician, a top hand at SCI, and a salesman at Kendama. He was also a ranch hand, and owner of Miller’s Exterior Detailing.

Austin attended Tobin’s Elite Academy of martial arts. He enjoyed martial arts, golfing, hunting, fishing, camping, bull riding, and horseback riding. Austin took pleasure in playing hot wheels with his boys and nail painting with his daughter.

Austin is survived by his wife, Ashley; children, Codey James Miller and Stetson Michael Miller; daughter, Mckenley Elizabeth Morris-Cook; his parents, Jim and Lena Miller; brothers, Cody Malan and Nic Trujillo; sister, Cheltsee Miller; grandparents, Gayle Locascio, Frank Locascio, Danny Cattelan and Tina Cattelan; and his extended family, Austin, Paizley, Elliott, Emmett, and Griffin Miller. He was preceded in death by “Cowboy” Tyler, Helen Waters, Branson Harward, Geno Hadley, and Dayton Valdez.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Syracuse Mortuary, 869 South 2000 West. Friends may visit with family on Thursday from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Syracuse City Cemetery.
