Barbara Dale Christiansen

1931-2017

Barbara Dale Christiansen, 85, passed away peacefully in her Layton, Utah home on Tuesday May 16, 2017.

She was born Barbara Dale Pratt, on October 19, 1931 in Murray, Utah to Karl LeRoy and Mary Carter-Pratt.

She lived a full rich life that included many crafts, outdoors and traveling.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Roy and Sherman Pratt, a daughter Dixie Pike Fivas, and a grandson LeRoy Dorrance.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Roy K. Christiansen, daughters Lawna (Paul) Staker, Karen (Charlie) Williams, Lori (Karl) Weidenbacher, Judy (Tom) Johnson, a son Richard (Crystal) Pike and Roy’s two children, Linda (Mel) Lervick and Brian Christiansen.  She also leaves behind a living legacy of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah.
