Barbara Hill gracefully passed away on October 6, 2016 in her home. She was born October 22, 1943.

Family and friends were Barbara's love and life. She was the first person called to celebrate with or in a time of need. She selflessly gave to her family. She married her first love, John Stromberg, and later in life remarried to Bob Beveridge.

After retiring from Hill AFB in 1985, she spent many years traveling the country and going on cruises. She told amazing and vivid stories to her grandkids and great grandkids, some of which involved her being the love interest to Elvis in her younger days. She was the backbone of this family and will deeply be missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Stan Hill, and sister Lois Roth.

Carrying her life forward will be her three children; Sheri Miller (Mike Jurca), Debi Ford (Don), and Steve Stromberg (Trish); eight grandchildren, Chad Bowers (Melissa), Shantel Wight (Logan), Cody Bowers, Kristen Bell, John Miller, Aspyn Baty (Steve), Katee Stromberg and Kyler Stromberg; seven great-grandchildren, Karter Wight, AJ Bowers, Rylan Bell, Larry Bowers, Sawyer Bell, Corie Bowers, Lincoln Bowers; and her two dogs, Bindy and Bonnie.

Barbara would like for you to be comfortable, casual attire is requested for her service. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends Thursday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
