WASHINGTON TERRACE a€" Beatrice J. Anderson died Saturday, June 5, 2010 in Washington Terrace, Utah.

She was born September 6, 1923 to Heber Kenneth and Ora Mecham Johnson in Riverdale, Idaho.

Bea married Jay Fred Anderson on September 24, 1941.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and cherished her duties working at the Ogden Temple.

She worked at Hill Air Force Base and Defense Depot Ogden retiring in 1977.

Bea was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers and was a Docent for the DUP Museum. She was a charter member and past president of the F.O.E. Roy Auxiliary.

Surviving are her children, Neva A. (Richard) Jarman, Roy, UT; Dale H. (Karen) Anderson, Sheridan, MT; Bruce W. Anderson, Hooper, UT; Kenneth E. (Stephanie) Anderson, Helena, MT; 25 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are her sisters, Lila Mae Crowther, Malad, ID; and Beverly (John) Wheeler, Logan, UT.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one son, Clyde J. (Diana) Anderson.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 8 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.

Family will visit with friends at the mortuary on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday 12:45 to 1:45 p.m.

Interment, Brigham City Cemetery.
