Beth Charlesworth
June 21, 1926 ~ June 7, 2014
Beth Charlesworth, the beloved daughter of Melvin Sampson Charlesworth and Arvila Rozena Odermatt left us Saturday morning the 7th of June 2014. She was born on June 21, 1926. During the 87 years of her life she always made time for her family. She spent much of her life caring for her mother, and always had a present for her nieces and nephews no matter how tough the times.
Beth had a passion for sports and coached youth softball and loved to roller skate. She also loved photography and making people smile. In her youth she would go with her sisters to USO dances to support the troops. She loved to travel and collect dolls from her journeys and enjoyed showing her collection to kids in the family.
Beth was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She fulfilled many callings for the church over the course of her life.
Family was always paramount in Beth's life, she would take her nieces and nephews to baseball games and the circus, and she never missed an opportunity to hold a new addition to the family. She was an Aunt and Sister loved tremendously by her entire family.
Beth is survived by her sister, Ione (Ali) Ross; and brothers, Elgin (Madge) and Rick (Christine) Charlesworth. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Earl, Ray, Ben, and Melvin. As well as her sister Mae.
