Elizabeth Jane Turner Price passed away peacefully on October 22, 2012 of Alzheimer''s disease.
Beth was born November 27, 1936 in Murray, Utah to Charles A. and Dorothy Turner. While attending West High School, she met her sweetheart Lee Price. They were married January 20, 1956 in the Salt Lake Temple. Lee and Beth were blessed with three beautiful children whom they raised in Bountiful, Utah. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in many callings throughout her life.
Beth began her career in the computer industry at the age of l7. She paved the way for future generations of women as she excelled in this male dominated field. She worked as a data processing manager at Deseret News Press, a marketing manager for Sperry Univac, and retired as a systems analyst from Unisys. Though she had many achievements, her greatest was being a wife, mother and grandmother. On special mornings after her grandchildren had spent the night, she would help them transform her kitchen into Rosie''s CafAC. to make breakfast for Grandpa. The original Rosie''s closed forever early Monday morning with the passing of this sweet Grandma, but will live on in our hearts for generations to come. Her family has many wonderful memories of their time spent with her and will always be grateful for all that she taught them.
Beth''s hobbies included genealogy, gardening, sewing, traveling with Lee and their friends, tennis, golf and camping at Marsh Lake.
Beth is survived by her husband Lee, son Craig (Cindy) Price, daughters Sue (Bob) Watson, Cheryl (Jim) Keith, brother Ron (MaryAnn) Turner, 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
