BETTIE JEAN CROMAR HILL "Dance like no one is watching"

On May 21, 2010, our sweet, gentle mother joined a glorious reunion in heaven hosted by numerous family members who had arrived there first. Bettie slipped away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 85 following a long battle with Alzheimer''s.

Bettie was born August 23, 1924 to Harold and Bessie Cromar in Salt Lake City. She graduated from East High School in 1942. She married Richard Sharp and had two children, Linda and Ned, later divorced. Bettie married Keith W. Hill and added four more children to their family, Denis, Susan, Debra and Pattie.

Bettie''s passions in life were her family, sewing, crafts, portrait painting, dancing and family barbeques at home with her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Bessie Cromar, children Linda, Keith, Susan and her brothers, Jay and Lee Cromar.

Surviving are her sons Ned C. Hill (Claralyn), Provo, UT; Denis K. Hill (Charlene) Aurora, CO; daughters Debra Archibald (Mark) Bountiful, UT and Pattie Jones (Jim) Morgan, UT and a brother Ron Cromar (Lorraine) Henderson, NV. Bettie was also the proud grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother of 14. The family wishes to express gratitude to Orchard Cove and Life Care for their gentle care of our mother.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary 727 N. 400 E. Visitation will be held Monday, June 7th from 6-8 pm and Tuesday 10:00-10:45 am prior to services. Interment at Bountiful City Cemetery. Condolences may be shared at www.lindquistmortuary.com
