Betty Bradley

Betty Caroline (Fitt) Bradley, 86 years old, peacefully passed away on May 10, 2011 from complications due to lung cancer. Betty was born on March 19, 1925 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Levi "Ike" Bennett Fitt and Sarah Ann VanAusdal Fitt.

She was preceded in death by her son Wayne Reed Powell and her daughter Charlotte A. Bradley Woodruff. She is survived by her son Joe Bradley, former daughter-in-law Sammy Jean Kennedy (Leo), 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Betty lived a long full life working and raising her two grandchildren after the passing of her daughter. She is loved by her family and will be sorely missed. The family would like to thank the staff at Federal Heights Rehabilitation and Care Center and CNS Hospice for the great love and care they gave to our grandmother.

Graveside services will be held 2 pm Monday May 16, 2011 at Salt Lake City Cemetery, 400 N. N Street. A visitation will be held 12:30-1:30 pm at Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. prior to the graveside services.
