Betty Ann Pentz died November 6, 2015 in her home in Stoddard surrounded by her family. Betty was born November 29, 1928 in Cheyenne, WY to Lyle and Mazina Alberta Peterson Stephens.

Betty moved with her family to Laramie, WY and later to Seal Beach, CA. She then settled in Morgan, Utah where she met Jay Irwin Pentz. They were married in Elko, NV on September 30, 1961.

Their son Bill Pentz was born in 1966. He remained the most important part of her life until the birth of her grandchildren Lizzy and Alex.

Betty is survived by her son Bill (Carol Kippen) Pentz; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Alex; nephew, Lyle Neuteboom; and nieces, Carol Sears, Sue Moyer, and Jill Carrigan.

Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Jay; parents; two brothers, Lyle “Stevie” (Lanie) Stephens and Tommy Stephens; sister, Billie (James) Santee; and niece, Billie G. Netz.

Graveside Services will be held on November 11, 2015 at 3 p.m. at Milton Cemetery.
