Betty Wooley

Betty Jean Wooley passed away peacefully at the age of 85 on April 7, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada with her loving family by her side.

She was born on November 25, 1930 to Parley and Ella Weaver in Ogden, Utah.

She married Robert E Wixom; after they divorced she married James G Wooley.

She enjoyed doing porcelain dolls, ceramics, sewing, crocheting. She is survived by children Gregg R. Wixom (Becky deceased), Kathy (David deceased) Beus (Jim) Bertsch, Mitzi (Al) Rea, Cindy (Roger) Bozarth, Robin (Roger) Gallegos, 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband James, son Stanley W Wixom, great-grandson Dustin.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.  Friends may visit family Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
