Bevan Christian Ipson
Bevan Christian Ipson, age 75, passed away on January 17, 2017 after a debilitating illness.
He was loved by family and friends. Bevan lived his early years in the outdoors running free and now is again running free. He served in the Army, worked for the U.S. Post Office, and then at HAFB as an Item Manager. He served in several ways and for a time with what was called the “Handicapped Mutual.”
Bevan is survived by his wife, Adele; 10 children, Anna (Wayne) Gudgell, Carol (Robert) Franks, Ida Ipson, Tamyra Sanchez, Kenneth Ipson, Christine (Lyam) White, Richard (Christy) Shaw, Wendy Phillips, Amber (Todd) Minnick, and Brooke Ipson; 21 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Eastwood Ward Chapel, 5855 Skyline, South Ogden (Meadows Area). Friends may visit with family on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Rd.
