Beverly McMurdie

Beverly McMurdie, 82, passed away Friday, January 15, 2010 at McKay-Dee Hospital.

She was born March 2, 1927 in Ogden, Utah, to Edward Leland and Dora Ashton Brown.

On January 24, 1947, Beverly married Keith S. McMurdie in Los Angeles, CA.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.

Beverly was active for most of her life and had worked for the State of Utah.

She loved to golf and travel. She was an artist and produced many beautiful paintings.

Beverly is survived by her husband, Keith; her daughter, Tamara Lee McMurdie, daughter-in-law, Pamela McMurdie; three grandchildren, Brandon, Tracie, Tim; two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Kathleen Davis, Carol Auston, Barbara Kimose; and one brother-in-law, Dennis McMurdie.

She was preceded in death by her son, David and a brother.

Graveside services will be held Monday, January 18th at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd., with Reverend Dr. Rick Minnich, officiating.

Friends and family may call Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
