Beverly Sharp White, 46, returned to the loving arms of her Father in Heaven on November 21, 2012, at her home after a long, hard fight with breast cancer. She was born July 13, 1966, in Ogden, Utah, the 8th child of Clyde and Clarice Sharp.

She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served an LDS mission in Thailand, Bangkok, (1987-89) and spent 5 months in the Phanat Nikhom Refugee Camp teaching English to Cambodian and Vietnamese refugees. She graduated from Clearfield High and from Weber State College with an Associate''s degree in Early Childhood Development. She worked at Clearfield High Library, College for Tots, and Weber State College Library.

Bev married her sweetheart and eternal companion, Alan David White, on September 14, 1989, in the Ogden LDS Temple. Her greatest joy was being a wife and mother. Bev loved the outdoors, car rides, and family vacations. She enjoyed playing the piano, scrapbooking, and being with her family. She served as Primary president, Primary teacher, Young Women secretary, visiting teacher, Wolf Den leader, nursery teacher and leader, Relief Society teacher, and Relief Society homemaking committee member.

She is survived by her husband Alan; two daughtersa€"Natalie, Kaylee (students at BYU) and one son, Connor; her parents; siblingsa€"Ned (Jeanette) Sharp, Syracuse; Dearl (Adell) Sharp, Ogden; Maxine (Dennis) Jones, Clinton; Marjean (Preston) Lake, Ogden; Susan (Vern) Brown, West Bountiful; Glen (Barbara) Sharp, West Point; Dixie (Martin) Stott, Clinton. She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Michael Epling.

Bev will be greatly missed by all. Special thanks go to the staff at Huntsman Cancer Institute, especially her counselor, Lisa Gauchay. In lieu of flowers, she requested that funds be donated to a breast cancer family support and research group.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 26, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at the West Bountiful 5th Ward Chapel 840 N. 800 W. West Bountiful. Friends may visit with family on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary 727 N. 400 E. and from 12:00-1:00 on Monday, prior to the services at the church. Interment at Bountiful City Cemetery. Condolences may be shared at www.lindquistmortuary.com
