Billy Ray Arellano Chapo

Billy Ray Arellano Chapo born July 27, 1972, to Milly Arellano and Pat Senior Arellano Chapo was peacefully called to Heaven where he always had faith in God.

He leaves behind his wife, Tammy Arellano; his sons, Ricky Roy Valdez and Alex; and three daughters; his brother, Eddy (Amy), his nieces and nephews, Eddy Jr. Angel, Jessica, and Gino; his baby, Selfish.  Chapo joins his mom and dad; his older brother, Roger; and his cousin, Tim. Chapo was born into a big family in Idaho where he grew up with his siblings, Eddy Sr Arellano, Pat Jr Arellano, Johnie Arellano, Lisa Ramos, and Bernie Arellano, who Billy loved to go see and spend time with them. 

He was a very personal man. The way he could make anybody laugh, smile, and brighten up their day was amazing.

Chapo wanted nothing but good and did everything he could to make sure he did that. There were many times he could have given up, but he never did. He gave it is all and put a 100 percent into making a change.

You will be forever missed, loved, and cherished! -  from the Arellano, Ramos, Bromlys, and Valdez we love you!
