Blaine Frost

Blaine Frost, 89, passed away Friday, July 20, 2007 at his home.

He was born September 15, 1917 in Ogden, Utah to Gilbert C. and Mary Ann Moore Frost.

He served in the United States Army Airforce during World War II.

On November 1, 1947, Blaine married Ruth Melba Reno in Ogden. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple.

He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Blaine worked for the United States Postal Service.

He enjoyed fishing, gardening, golfing and especially spoiling his grandkids and great-grandkids.

Blaine is survived by his wife, Ruth; a son, Gary Blaine (Julie) Frost, Green River, WY; three daughters, Judy Ann Frost, Washington Terrace; Connie Lou (Vic) Robite, Farr West; Vicky Lynn Frost, Washington Terrace; 11 grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Allen (Joy) Frost, Ogden.

He was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers, three sisters, and a grandson, David Blaine Frost.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, July 26th at 10 a.m. at Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd., where Military Honors will be accorded.

Friends and family may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
