With profound sadness we announce the passing of Bonni on January 2, 2020 peacefully in her sleep while recovering from a fall and her long fight with respiratory illnesses. Bonni is the wife of Tim Tsushima —sister of Wendy Favero – the mother of Victor (Cheryl) Tsushima & Teri (Liam) Haselhorst – the grandmother of Taylor (Tsushima) Bell, Torie Tsushima, Shea Haselhorst and Keli Haselhorst -- great grandmother of Lily, Scarlett and Ivy Bell. Preceded in death by parents--Woodrow & Vera Bowersock, sister--Beverlee Wilson.

Born in Waukegan, IL, moved to Phoenix Arizona where she enjoyed the outdoors and loved the weather; she later moved to Orange County, California where she married Tim Tsushima on August 30, 1963 and later had two children (Vic & Teri) and eventually moved to Syracuse, UT and eventually West Point, UT where she lived the remainder of her life. Early in her life she enjoyed time with her grandparents at the lake where she got to swim and play by the lake and developed her love for the outdoors. She also loved most animals (with a special fondness for horses and dogs), was an avid reader and often worked on puzzles. Her greatest joy was her children and family. She absolutely adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren and would lovingly speak about them and loved to watch them grow.
