LAYTON a€" Bonnie Sue Anderson, 62, passed on to Our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 after a valiant battle with cancer.

Bonnie was born January 29, 1949 in Jackson, Minnesota to Robert and Betty Gohr. She was raised on a farm. She graduated from high school in 1967, and took some business courses. She met and married Steve Rosenwinkle. They moved to Colorado Springs. Their marriage later ended in divorce.

She met Ray D. Anderson and married him on November 20, 1981 and moved to Layton, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized on April 12, 1986 in the Ogden Temple.

Bonnie was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Bonnie held various jobs, working at a bank in Colorado Springs and Walter Drake. She worked at IRS and Hill Air Force Base, as a Supportability Specialist, retiring in 2010 with 27 years of service.

Bonnie loved to cook. She was quite the little perfectionist when it came to her house and yard.

Bonnie is survived by her husband Ray Anderson of Layton; son Stephen Rosenwinkle of Alexandria, LA; step-sons, Denny Ray Anderson of Gillette, WY; David B. Anderson of Jasper, LA; step-daughters, Kathy McCall of Casper, WY; Tiffany Lee Green of Napa, ID; 12 step-grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her mother Betty Dormandy of New Ulm, MN; brothers, Jim Gohr of Hampton, VA; Jon Gohr of New Ulm, MN; sisters, Jane Anderson of Buffalo, MN; and Cindy Talledge of New Ulm, MN.

She was preceded in death by her father Robert Gohr and her grandparents.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 23, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the Aspen Cove Ward, 789 Wasatch Drive, Layton. Friends may visit family on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road and Monday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
