Bonnie Lee Olsen, 56, passed away Monday, May 11, 2015.

She was born July 13, 1958 and raised in Hooper, Utah the daughter of William and Mary Johnson.

On February 27, 1981, Bonnie married David Don Olsen in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in several different callings.

She was an amazing mother, grandmother, friend and a wonderful example to everyone near and dear to her heart. She was always an extremely patient person.

Bonnie was an amazing cook. She enjoyed crafts, quilting and painting. After her heart surgery, she enjoyed participating in marathons. She loved her husband, children, grandchildren and her family. She took care of others and always put everyone’s needs before her own.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, David; their children, Tyler (Michelle) Olsen, Roy; Jennifer Olsen, Roy; four grandchildren, Jaylee, Jaden, Lexie, Jayla; one brother, Henry (Jill) Johnson, Plain City; and her mother-in-law, Dallas Olsen.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Randy Keith Johnson.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2015 at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Hooper Cemetery.
