Brandon Joey Alarid, 17, passed away on May 30, 2012 at his home surrounded by family. He was born November 14, 1994, in Ogden, UT, the son of David Joey Alarid and Yolanda Roberta Valdez.

Brandon is survived by his parents, three brothers: Raymond and Rubin Alarid, Perry, Anthony Alarid, Hooper; sister Nicole Alarid, Ogden; grandparents: Gilbert Valdez, Ogden, Nancy Alarid, Hooper, and Donna and David Alarid, Ogden.

Preceded in death by Jerry Valdez, grandmother; Emanuel Lobato, grandfather; Adalina Lobato, grandmother; Robert Garcia, grandfather; and Brandon Alarid, uncle.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Rd. Friends may visit family Monday from 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services at the mortuary.

Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
