Brandon Paul Beukers our loving son, brother, and friend returned home to be with His Heavenly Father, Grandfather and friends on Thursday February 12, 2015.
Brandon was born on January 31, 1991 to Steve and Sharon Beukers in Provo, UT. Brandon lived with autism and a severe seizure disorder. Brandon was very loving. He loved going to school and always looked forward to the bus ride. Throughout school and life he had loving teachers, caregivers, and bus drivers. Brandon has touched many lives, more than we could ever know. He had a very kind heart and was always happy despite the pain. Brandon found great joy in watching Disney movies and loved when others would sing the songs to him. We had the opportunity to take him to Disneyland a couple of times. One of the highlights of his life was meeting Mickey Mouse. Brandon didn’t talk, but he did learn how to say Mickey Mouse and the next morning at the hotel he excitedly repeated ‘Mickey Mouse’ as he waited for the rest of us to finish getting ready for the day. Brandon’s other favorite vacation spot was the beach. He had so much fun playing in the waves because he loved water! Brandon had a knack for finding pools or other puddles of water (such as the washing machine).
Brandon was loved by everyone that met and worked with him. He is still changing lives, teaching lessons, and helping others. His life was devoted to teaching others and we will be forever grateful for the chance to care for, love and learn from him. He was a blessing to our lives and will be greatly missed. Brandon is survived by most of his family, friends, caregivers, and neighbors that love him.
