Brandon Joseph Foster
October 26, 1992 ~ December 7, 2020
Brandon Joseph Foster, 28, passed away December 7, 2020. He was born October 26, 1992 in Ogden, Utah, to Jerry and Lisa Umiljenovich Foster.
From the time Brandon was five months old, he loved to watch Barney the dinosaur. Barney toys and videos were his passion. He also loved Lambchop, Elmo, Big Bird and Thomas the Tank Engine. Teddy Bears were his favorite for comfort and security. Watching trains was also a favorite pastime. The familiar sound of his vibrating eeeeeeee let us know when he was happy. He enjoyed snack foods, especially popcorn, cheese balls, and Nutterbutters.
Brandon attended Weber County Schools where he was educated and loved by many, including teachers, aides, and bus drivers and he was always happy to see them. He always brought excitement and joy to every day. Brandon loved everyone and was genuinely happy. Although unable to speak, he learned to communicate in his own way, and made sure that everyone understood what he was trying to express. High five and a fist bump was his favorite greeting.
Brandon is survived by his parents, four brothers, Austin (Rachael) Dixon, Jacob (Jessica) Foster, Aaron Foster, and Nathaniel Foster, his grandmother Joyce Foster, a nephew, two nieces, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by two grandfathers and one grandmother.
The family would like to thank CTA Community Supports, and the staff that cared for him both past and present, and the University Neurobehavioral HOME program, especially Dr. Philip Baese and staff. There are no words to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to everyone who donated to his GoFundMe account.
Private services will be held Monday, December 14, 2020 at Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park.
