Brent was born in Lehi, Utah as the first child of Carl Page Neil and Julia Rochelle Clark Neil.
He lived in Lehi until he was in grade school and his family moved to Brigham City. He absolutely loved spending time with his Grandpa Clark and helping with the horses. He thought the world of him.

He served an LDS mission in Kobe Japan. He loved the people and the culture there. After his mission he attended barber school. He was a barber all his life. He owned a few shops and loved talking with his friends and clients.
He married Diana Faux (Keetch) on April 1, 1982. They lived in Lindon raising three daughters BreeAnna, Shalice and Kaytlin until the marriage ended in 2013.
He enjoyed working out, spending time outdoors, hunting, shooting firearms, camping, and loved muscle cars.
He is survived by his daughters BreeAnna (Hayes), Shalice (Wyatt) and Kaytlin. His Grandchildren Denver, Presley, Zeppelin, Cohen and Addely. Siblings Carrie (Neil) Elmer, Brenda (Neil) Vercimak and Todd Neil.
