Brynlee Nelson

September 8, 2020 — March 10, 2021

Brynlee JoAnn Nelson

Brynlee JoAnn Nelson was born September 8, 2020 in Layton, Utah to Nick and Lisa Nelson. Brynlee passed away peacefully at her home March 10, 2021 after fighting her battle with Trisomy 13.

Brynlee was a pure angel sent here from heaven. Even though her time here was short, Brynlee impacted the lives of many! Brynlee had an instant connection with mom, dad and brother. They were able to make lasting memories. When she would get upset, her favorite things were to be sung to and rocked by mom or snuggled up with dad. Her favorite songs were: I Am a Child of God and Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam. Mom and dad were trained and skilled in taking care of Brynlee. Even though she wasn’t able to play with Beckham, he would always find ways to entertain her and watched over her dearly. He made sure to show her tenderness and love at all times. While dad worked most days, he would spend his weekend nights bonding with Brynlee as he cared for her so mom could rest. He couldn’t be prouder of his little girl.

Brynlee is survived by her parents, Nick and Lisa and brother, Beckham (3 ½); grandparents, Paul and Debra Jordan, Steven and Tammy Nelson; and all of her aunts, uncles, and cousins.

We are so grateful for forever families. Brynlee will now watch over her family from heavens above. Just as her favorite song states, Brynlee is a child of God and He has sent her here, has given her an earthly home with parents kind and dear. We will miss you beautiful Brynlee.
