Paul Brown (nobody ever called him Christopher), age 44, unexpectedly passed away on Sunday January 14, 2024. At the time of his death, he lived with his family in Farmington, Utah. Paul was born on December 21, 1979, and spent the next four and a half decades raising hell as the life of the party, usually smoking some kind of meat for everyone to eat.
Paul is survived by the love of his life, Alyson, oldest son Thomas (Oaklee), two daughters Emily and Avery (aka Katey), youngest son Tyler, grandchildren Hennessee and Granger, his parents Mary and Kelly Brown, sisters; Melissa, Rachelle, Julene (Thomas), brothers; Matthew and Jacob, mother-in-law Diane (Ed), father-in-law Dave (Sharon), brother-in-law David (Shala), nine nieces and nephews, numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and of course his incredible circle of friends.
He was always up for a good time and made life way more interesting for everyone who knew and loved him. His sense of humor was hilarious and a little irreverent. His capacity for unconditionally loving those around him was infinite. His smile was contagious, and he was dependable and kind.
Paul loved adventure. He spent his winters ice fishing and snowmobiling, and his summers boating, four wheeling, and camping with his family. He loved motorcycles, was an avid scout, and loved digging into a good project. If Paul and Alyson weren't at a concert or a Ute game cheering them on, you could find them at home hanging out in their hot tub or hanging out with friends and family. Paul lived life with no regrets, and he lived it to the fullest.
Paul wasn’t afraid to take risks, which up until Sunday served him pretty damn well. When he knew what he wanted he went for it head on. Which is exactly how, one month to the day after meeting her at an Alan Jackson concert, Alyson became his wife and the love of his life. He really was THAT sexy! After eloping to Vegas on November 2, 2003, they created a family together and he spent every day of his life working hard to make their lives beautiful and fulfilling.
Paul was Alyson’s greatest supporter, and he loved watching her chase and accomplish her dreams. After Alyson, his four kids were his greatest joy. Paul was proud of them and truly enjoyed supporting them in their hobbies and passions. He believed in them and loved them for who they were, and they adored him. When his oldest son started a family and he became both a father-in-law and grandpa, Paul threw himself into those roles as well. His family knew and will always know that Paul truly loved them with his entire heart. Love you Big Time!
