Caleb Brian Kreitzer

Caleb Brian Kreitzer born February 5, 1981, passed away May 18, 2007 in the arms of his beloved Kristie surrounded by family and friends. He served an LDS mission in Virginia from 2000 to 2002.

Caleb''s youth was spent in Parowan, Utah where he was known for his fun- loving, happy positive attitude, his athleticism and wrestling prowess. But like any 130 pound-wrestler up against a heavy weight, he finally succumbed to the heavy weight of cancer after a valiant fight. Caleb graduated from Parowan High School in 1999 and went on to attend SUU where he met his ballroom dance partner and wife to be Kristie Lee Blanch.

Caleb shared the last three years with his wife teaching English in China and working with his family in Springdale. In his professional careers he was known for his intelligence, politeness and courtesy. In the hospital he quickly won the hearts of all who served him by his politeness and courtesy. In-spite of his intense pain, he never complained.

Caleb is survived by his wife, Kristie Lee; his parents, Brian and Thora Kreitzer; mother-in-law, Shelley (Gary) Olsen, father-in-law, Todd (Heidi) Blanch; siblings, Jacob (Teri Dawn), Kate Larsen (Zachery), and Jason, serving in Texas McAllen Mission; brothers-in-laws, Shane E. and Shawn D. Blanch; sister-in-law, Summer D. Wallace; grandparents, Melvin Kreitzer, Bob and Thora Johnson, Larry and Joanne Blanch. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Ann Kreitzer.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at the Farmington Stake Center, 347 S. 200 W. where friends may call Tuesday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. prior to services. Interment: Farmington City Cemetery. Funeral directors Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Huntsman Cancer Hospital.
