Calvin Beveridge King Sr.

WEST HAVEN- Calvin Beveridge King Sr. passed away on Saturday July 2, 2011 surrounded by his family.

Calvin was born on December 26, 1923 in North Logan, Utah to Andrew Lewis King and Mary Ann Bodero.

He married Lorraine RyLee King on April 2, 1946 in Reno, Nevada and they were divorced. He then married Lavon M. Brickmore in 1981 in Elko Nevada and also were later divorced.

Calvin spent the first 18 years in North, Logan. He was in the US Navy during World War II after the navy he spent the rest of his life in Roy, Utah

He retired from the Southern Pacific Railroad as a Conductor.

Calvin was a member of the Elks he also was an avid golfer.

He is survived by his daughter Sandra Jay Barnett, Roy, Ut; , seven grandchildren, three great-grandchidren..

Preceding Calvin in death are Calvin King Jr., Alrie King, Gary King, also his brothers William and Merlin King, sisters Erma Beck, Mildred Carrigan, Bernice Griffths.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Dr. Holland, the Peach Tree staff and Hospice for Utah.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday July 6, 2011 at 2 p.m.
